i was the basketball cheerleading captain of my school this year! there are TONS of stunts, like:

half-extension

extension

liberty

scorpion

heel-stretch

etc.



for dances and combinations rent a video or search youtube for videos and get some ideas from there.

here are a few basketball cheers but there are a lot of better cheers if you just google what you're looking for.



we used a lot of contemperary songs, like one two step (ciara), break it off (sean paul rhianna) crowded (jeannie ortega) etc.

this got the crowd more into our dance because they recognized all of the songs.

used boats
