What position in basketball should my bro play?

He's 15 and 6 foot 1. He is a noob to basketball and doesn't have great dribbling skills. He really wants to be a point guard but he doesn't have a great shot or great dribbling. What should he play? Can he work on shot and dribbling? What position in basketball should my bro play?
He could be a center...They usually don't shoot much and are mostly noticed on defense and rebounding. If they get a shot they are usually in the paint which is a pretty easy shot.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Then that is perfect look at Dwight Howard with the magic or Izcaucas (however you spell that) with the Miami Heat. They are amazing defensive players but rarely take shots except for the occasional dunk because they are not meant to be great shooters just forces in the middle blocking the rim. And your brother is 6'1 so if he has hops then that could work beautifully.
Apparently so many people wants to play point guard. But not because they want to distribute. But because they want to hog the ball. If you don't have the best dribbling skills, passing skills, outside shooting skills then you are not cut out to be a point guard.

I say you brother should focus on playing off the ball. Under the basket and around the paint. He is 15 and 6 foot 1. If he is lucky he could ends up 6 foot 6 or 6 foot 8 which is not bad for a SG or SF.

Work on rebound also. Offensive rebounds are great opportunity to score easy points. What position in basketball should my bro play?
I think he should be a small forward for now. But he can become a pg/sg if he does put in the work . Here are some drills u can do to improve those skills:

Shooting:

warm up with form shooting and free throws

then make 50 midrange shots

make 50 threes

make 50 pullups

make 50 pull ups with a move

finish off with some free throws

Ball handling:

Dribble hard with one ball and do moves like thru the legs and around the back continuously

Dribble moves with tennis ball

2 ball dribbling
over time he will get better but work on it. with his height he has an advantage. right now i would suggest towel boyWhat position in basketball should my bro play?
