How hard are basketball tryouts for middle school?

I am going to try to join the basketball team and i need to know what to practice to make it on the team? How hard is it?How hard are basketball tryouts for middle school?

i had really bad tryouts but i was selected first in the team



all you do is some spot shooting, free throws,1 on 1 and scrimmage
well it depends on how much commitment you are willing to put in. Granted middle school is just playing for fun really but once you get into high school its a little more challenging. Middle school just basically deals with knowing your plays and workign hard to show the coach you are willing to put in alot of commitment and time into basketball before and after tryouts.How hard are basketball tryouts for middle school?
From what I experienced it can be difficult if you're not prepared with what they may ask you to do. At my tryouts, coaches looked for team work and hustling. They didn't exactly look for shooting as they don't seem to care for it compared to dribbling and passing. I'm not sure what your coaches are looking for, but here is what my coaches looked for.
not 2 hard pratice lay ups with your left and right hand pratice running alot and pratice shooting with the hand you steady the ball with have your thumb stuck to that handHow hard are basketball tryouts for middle school?
Unless your middle school is like a mini WNBA, then its the easiest thing in your lifetime to do.
kinda hard at my school but you are in sixth grade most schools cannot join till seventh
not too hard if u can shoot and make a layup your fine
pretty easy, you just do drills and scrimmage.
