Does college have any classes that can teach u the skills and training u need?
Fact: I have only play basketball for one year and that was in the 6th grade, We have won 4th place and the Champion; we almost made it for another champion but we got cheat by the ref, they took 4 points away from us for some reason.
We have beaten the best team who wins almost every year, which was kool
Anyway, Does anyone have any thoughts to help me get started? If you wanted to learn how to become a college basketball head coach, What would be a good way to start?
Actually there is an entire major for coaching in college. I attend a school in Ohio where "Sports Management" and "coaching" are some of the highest enrolled majors there are. Typically a student will minor in coaching but it is a possible major. I would also look into talking to some college or professional coaches and see how they got to where they are. Another big major for coaching is "Athletic Training" which is basicly aiding the players when they get injured. If you wanted to learn how to become a college basketball head coach, What would be a good way to start?
sorry buddy... but the best way is to play yourself.... there is no such thing as a class. hahaIf you wanted to learn how to become a college basketball head coach, What would be a good way to start?
learn how to play basketball lolz jk well ask your coach how he got started and go from there
Volunteer as a water boy/girl for a high or college team, tell the coach the reason why you are volunteering and work your way up. You don't need a college class to be basketball coach. You need experince. In fact you have a few football coaches that never played football like John Gruden of Tampa bay
