Today I have my first basketball game of the season. Im totally nervous, and I have no idea why. I guess im just afraid of not doing a play right or something. Any help?|||just be cool, calm and collective. relax and chill, don't drink any energy drinks, eat a good healthy meal, and stretch and practice and 2 hours before ur game and listen to ur favorite music and close ur eyes and breath, and think good thoughts.....|||bro i know how u feel, u gotta relax, ur probably feelin alot of butterflies too. just be confident, hell cocky if it makes you feel better, but its all about confidence, u tell urself ur better than any1 else on that floor. n crank them toons up b4 the game to pump u up
