What are some Exercises to improve my endurance in basketball?
I get tired very quickly running and i need to get in shape for basketball i am in 8th grade.|||Just sprint like aroung it till you get tired , then the next day push even harder. Make sure you put more time on it every day|||Shuttle run, jogging and stair running are great ways to improve your endurance so your legs won't tire easily.|||the best drills that i use are suicides and foot fire. Foot Fire is where you basically run in place until you cant then sprint about 40 or fifty feet and just repeat daily|||sprints
